Queen In You was created to be able to operate autonomously on different colleges and universities with the guidance of an on-campus advisor and e-board.

Many of members come from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to create a strong sense of sisterhood and community. We at Queen In You find it important to develop an inclusive and supportive environment for our members, staff, and mentee’s.

Queen In You is committed to fostering academic excellence and lifelong learning among its members and mentees. We are dedicated to providing the resources, guidance, and mentorship to assist members and mentees excel academically, professionally, and personally. We also want to emphasize our focus on empowering young women through educational opportunities, workshops, and seminars aimed at enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Additionally, our focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where our members feel valued, supported, and united in their pursuit of personal and professional success. Through our mentorship program, networking events, and collaborative initiatives, QIY aims to cultivate a culture of togetherness and empowerment among its members.
